Delivery and Handling

“M Beauty Co.” (hereinafter referred to as “Our company”) provide worldwide online order and delivery service. Parcels are generally dispatched according to order sequence within 3-12 business days (Monday to Friday, except public holiday) after payment accepted and sent out from Hong Kong.
 

Hong Kong Area (except Outlying Islands and P.O. box address)

You will read from the system showing the shipping option with $0 as we will not charge the delivery charge in advance when placing order, the acutal delivery charge will be collected by the delivery service provide upon delivery or collect parcl from their business point

  • Single order would be sent by SF-express or post.  For SF- express, the actual delivery charge would be collected by SF-express while delivering the parcel to you.

  • The delivery fee shown from the official website of SF-express.

  •  Order will be processed according to order sequence after payment confirmed (excluding Saturday, Sundays and public holidays) 

  • Tracking number will be provided for monitoring the shipment status for only SF- Express.

  • Orders are prepare and process by computer system, address CANNOT be changed after order has confirmed. Please carefully check and confirm the delivery details before confirming the order.

Macau

  • Single order would be sent by SF-express, the actual delivery charge would be collected by SF-express while delivering the parcel to you.

  • Order will be processed according to order sequence after payment confirmed (excluding Saturday, Sundays and public holidays) 

  • Tracking number will be provided for monitoring the shipment status

  • Orders are prepare and process by computer system, address CANNOT be changed after order has confirmed.

Return & Exchange Policy

If you change your mind about the products you have purchased from us (it happens, you’re human), But we are sorry : ( You cannot return any items after delivery and that cannot be returned due to health or hygiene reasons. Final sales items, cannot be returned.
